Job Summary
- Managing all maintenance (preventive & corrective) of kitchen equipment, M&E, C&S and grease trap for KFC outlet's in Peninsular Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

- Management and administration of outsourced maintenance vendors in accordance with contracts.
- Monitor repair & maintenance operational expenses and correlation with annual budget allocation.
- Managing maintenance complaints and feedback from outlets.
- Analysis of maintenance complaints/feedback data.
- Procurement of services for maintenance-related trades.
- Partake in warehouse kitchen equipment spare parts inventory management, projection and planning for adequacy/availability.
- Execution of re-instatement/restoration projects involving outlets and hostels.
- Liaison with relevant local authorities for compliances and resolutions.
- Sound knowledge of building systems such as air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, civil & ID and specialized kitchen equipment such as fryer, oven, refrigeration equipment, hot holding equipment, etc.
- Knowledgeable in current trends, technology and development on energy savings systems and sustainability.

Qualification and Skill requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in relevant Technical / Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related fields (facility management & maintenance, technical knowledge in electrical/electronic and mechanical (HVAC), and maintenance software.
- Leadership.
- Strong in communication skills (oral and written).
- Technical troubleshooting.
- Negotiation.
- Analytical and reporting.
- Computer software (MS Office, etc.)
- Self-motivated.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
