**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Duties**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Coordinate with designers and external vendors for marketing materials
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance
- Help organize and manage promotional events and school exhibitions

**Sales Duties**:

- Assist with student registration and enrolment processes
- Maintain accurate sales and leads databases with KPIs
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely response to all enquiries
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management

**Administrative Support**:

- Register new students into the appropriate academic programmes and ensure records are accurate
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate internal schedules and meetings

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Working Hours**:

- Weekdays: 1.45 PM - 9.45 PM
- Saturdays: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- (Sundays and Public Holidays: Off)

Must be tech - savvy (be able to use Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom & etc)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
