HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily HR tasks including the scope of recruitment, employee exit, employee benefits, payroll and employee relation.
- Manage and monitor of employees’ probation and confirmation.
- Manage staff movement process including transfer, resignation & exit procedures.
- Administering of employee benefits programs such as leave, medical plan, insurance plan and worker compensation.
- Assist in onboarding and perform new hire orientation on first day reporting duty.
- Perform monthly payroll transaction, computation of salaries, payroll report and ensure day to day payroll related matters are carried out systematically.
- Make the monthly statutory payments on time.
- Create & maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system
- Compile financial year end employee tax reporting and distribution.
- Handle matters relating to employee disciplinary and grievances.
- Assist in coordinate training & development of employees.
**Job Related Experience & Knowledge**:
- Minimum 1-2 years HR working experience with knowledge of Labor Laws, Ordinance Sabah & Sarawak, Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
- Demonstrate experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and database.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
