Internship for HR and Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, career pages.
- Assist in updating the internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Assist in maintaining files and database.
- Assist in general office administration, ensure office supplies are in good order.
- Assist in answering phone calls
- Assist in arranging meeting via Zoom
- Adaptable and willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required on an adhoc basis to support the team.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resource/Business/Office Management or relevant field
- Highly organized, flexible & multi task person
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of secrecy to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Tech-savvy, hands-on experience in Microsoft Office
