We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive** with **basic accounting knowledge** to support daily operations, handle **e-invoicing**, and assist with **financial documentation**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**General administrative support** (scheduling, document management, correspondence).
**E-invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping**.
**Maintain financial records and assist with account reconciliation**.
**Liaise with vendors, clients, and relevant authorities** on admin and finance matters.
**Ensure proper filing and organization of financial & administrative documents**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting software (SQL, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Fluent in English & Malay (Chinese is a bonus).
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
