**Company Overview**: XG Coating specialises in premium car coating solutions including ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), detailing, and related services. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsive Customer Service Admin to join our team.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, online inquiries, and social media DMs related to services, pricing, or bookings.
- Provide detailed information about automotive services (e.g. coating, maintenance, repairs, etc.) and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all customer interactions.
- Record and update customer orders, appointments, and service requests in the system or manual log.
- Coordinate with the workshop or service team to confirm booking slots, job status, and estimated completion times.
- Follow up with customers before and after service for confirmation, updates, or feedback.
- Maintain organized records of customer inquiries, service orders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, or receipts when required.
- Support the sales and operations team in scheduling, reporting, and basic documentation tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or service issues professionally and escalate to the relevant department when needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Business Admin, Customer Service, or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or admin roles (automotive industry is an advantage).
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, patient, and responsive with strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
