**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage daily Electrical department operations and manning.**:

- **Implements cost control and cost saving activities.**:

- **Oversee and manage preventive maintenance of electrical machines/instruments such as motors, inverters, starters, etc.**:

- **Provide support and guidance to Engineers/Foreman/Technicians in troubleshooting and/or addressing critical issues at production line.**:

- **Facilitate improvement/upgrading of process automations (PLC/SCADA) in line with Industry 4.0 initiatives.**:

- **Implement LEAN project and cost saving related to electrical energy and process waste reductions.**:

- **Work with Production and Maintenance Department in coordinating machine shutdown works.**:

- **Work with Senior Manager to formulate short-, medium
- and long-term plan for department manning and succession planning.**:

- **Work with Senior Manager to formulate sustainable strategies to improve departmental operations and improve machine efficiencies.**

**Job Requirements**
- **Well verse in PLC programming and troubleshooting is added advantage.**:

- **Good Management skill and leadership virtue.**:

- **Proactive and can work under pressure.**:

- **Result driven and focus at main task.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
