Sales Executive

1) To provide administrative support to Sales Manager including customer-facing in selling and marketing of company, systems and services to end-user customers in assigned geographic location, territory, industry or accounts. 2) To execute and perform tactical implementation that aligns to the company strategies 3) To understand customers' expectations in quality and compliance to customer or international standards. Working with the operations team to ensure products at manufacturing will meet or exceed the customer's requirements 5) To Adhere and practice, follow and maintain the company's Internal system, according to the ISO and TS standards. 6) Initiate, innovate and lead development, implementation of strategy development for complex account, which is the key of technical contribution. 7) Participate and arbitrate problem-solving between customers and operations. 8) Adopt pro-active approach in analyzing various situations and potential issues in relation to sales activities, sales forecast, order and deliveries, problem-solving, to initiate escalation to the management. 9)To Lead and arbitrate projects that require coordination with other functions and organizations. 10) To provide regular sales KPI update/report to Sales Manager Juken Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of a public listed company in Singapore Frencken Group Limited.
