**Pre-Contract Phase**:

- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation.
- Support in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Participate in tender analysis and preparation of tender submissions.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing recommendations.

**Post-Contract Phase**:

- Assist in contract administration and management.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.
- Prepare progress claims and variations for approval.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.

**Site and Client Interaction**:

- Conduct site measurements and valuations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Attend site meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Support senior quantity surveyors in various administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a **Diploma or Bachelor's Degree** in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of GLODON Cubicost (TAS, TRB, TME) and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
