**Accounting and Administration Officer**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**:
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
**E-commerce Administration**:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle sales transactions and process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability.
- Assist with the management of the e-commerce platform, including updating product listings and content as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
**Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
