Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

- Processing Payroll
- Preparing HR Documents (Memo, employment contract, offer letter, warning letter and so on)
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Support daily production manpower issue
- Assist and examine employee claims
- Any other hr admin tasks assigned by upper level
- **Job Requirement**:_
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or related field
- fresh grade acceptable
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin & English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
