Inside Sales Executive

_**Job Summary**_
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to manage customer requests effectively.
- Support Account Managers in deal registration, price negotiations, and preparation of project quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including technical consultants and product specialists—to identify and fulfill client needs.
- Monitor and follow up on all quoted opportunities to ensure timely progress.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our comprehensive ICT portfolio.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events to strengthen company branding and expand networking relationships.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and completion of required reports.
- Collect client feedback to drive continuous improvement of solutions and services.
- Maintain and update the License Renewal Report to ensure timely renewals.
- Participate in periodic sales training programs as required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT or sales-related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT industry solutions—including hardware, software, and services—is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Quick learner with adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
