QA Executive

You will play an important role to
- Ensure the Master Records are reviewed, authorized, controlled and safely kept in QA.
- Update the CAPA register.
- Perform supplier audit as and when necessary.
- Conduct Internal audit for Halal/HACCP
- Implement, prepare and report audit reports as well as follow up inspection to verify cor-rective action has been taken as per agreed timeline.
- Handle customer complaint and maintain all complaint records
- To conduct the final product checks and review related documentations in a timely manner prior to batch release.
- To review all required documents (CoA, Product Specification, Flow Chart, etc) compiles and available prior to release.
- To undertake any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and Management as and when required

To be successful in this role you will need to have
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in GMP/HACCP environment or in related field.

However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge and understanding of Food Science quality regulations & legislation.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety regulations & legislation
- Able to understand and familiar with manufacturing process flow and procedure
- Analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
- Dynamic, self motivated, Good team Player and fast learner
- Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
- Required languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
