**Job Summary**
- Reporting Stock and Update Warehouse, Pollard and Feed Flour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Updated Daily Flour Stock Report and Daily Packing Report every day and submit to HOD.
- FFM Marketing and Account Department.
- Ensure stocks (flour, pollard, feed flour, packing material and others) in warehouse are tallied with Production and delivery.
- Ensure products delivery and packaging material usage are following FIFO.
- Ensure all files and documents are complete and update.
- Aging report must do weekly to ensure flour delivery is following FIFO.
- Additional report every end month to submitted required person.
- If there flour more than 2 weeks, container fumigation will be arranged by tally clerk and done by Qualified person.
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse, pollard and feed flour are done according to cleaning schedule.
- Notify maintenance if there is problem related.
- Others: ad hoc and other duties as assigned.

**Education & Qualification**
- Minimum Primary / Secondary School / SPM / “O” Level / equivalent qualification.
