General Admin Assistant

**Job Responsibility**:
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filling, business reviews, minute of meetings and other business documents.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other projects as requested and briefs.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to other members of the team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
**Skills/Attributes**
- Enrolled in or completed a Diploma or degree in administration
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of admin experience are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to liaise with all levels.
- Able to work long, hard and smart.
- Flexible and adaptable on working hours
- Energetic and coachable
- committed to working to deliver results
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing
- Independent, problem solver, and passionate to think out of the box to achieve the tasks.
- Results oriented and enjoys the challenge
