**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for multiple HR functions including performance management, talent management, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to better recognize and retain talents, and to maximize employees’ strengths and contribution in pursuing our business goals.
- Identify opportunities, design and facilitate learning solutions/ interventions/ personalized development plans.
- Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the solutions, and measure behavioral outcomes.
- Provide data and solutions to leaders in the creation of development plans that meet progression/ succession and retention needs.
- Coach and support line managers on HR related decisions.
- Own the process of ensuring that employees’ needs are met in the HR life-cycle.
- Actively collaborate on HR projects with a multicultural People Department.
- Partner with the People Manager in designing, developing, and implementing People-related processes, policies, and experiences.
- Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
