Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional
_(job responsibilities)_
- Support Business Centre(s) on Islamic structures, terms and conditions, handling and trouble-shooting of all inquiries / issues related to BCB-i
- Prepare and process Shariah Compliance Review Certificate (SCRC)
- Perform commodity trading activity for CM based BCB-i products
- To prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports (both internal & external);
- To assist in the preparation and review of BCB-i SOPs, system guide & automation, URS for BCB-i products (in collaboration with Product Development/Business Automation/Shariah Dept/BCB-I unit Heads);
- To ensure that all relevant regulatory, internal policies and compliance requirements, are complied with.
- Develop marketing campaigns, schemes or initiative programs to promote and grow BCB-i business.
- Manage campaigns and promotional activities to grow BCB-I business.
- Engagements and maintain good working relationship with Business Centres to educate and promote Islamic products.
- Work together with Corporate Communications and other teams on marketing & communication plan and Value Based Intermediation initiatives, including identifying and arranging for participation in exhibitions, conferences and other events to enhance the Bank's visibility.
- Data analytics and monitoring on BCB-i asset position.
- Research and identify key growth opportunities including any specific industries, customer segments or regional areas.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)- To communicate and engage Business Centres by providing support and assistance on all BCB-i products and services with the guidance of supervisor;- Work together with other team members on Department’s projects and initiatives.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)- Assist BCB Business Centres in ensuring support and assistance is provided to drive BCB-i business;- Assist in managing schemes and campaigns when required.

Jobholder Requirements

Education/Qualification- Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business or related field.

Experience- Fresh graduates to 3 years experience in Banking or related fields are invited to apply;

Certification/Licensing Requirements- Nil

Special Skills- MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;- Committed, meticulous, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
