We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Account to support our financial and administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the smooth running of our financial operations
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Input financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Generate and send invoices to clients and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation for audits and reports.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and assist in gathering the necessary documentation for tax filings.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports operation and sales team by performing tasks related to organization and build strong communication between colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed ensure efficient operation of office.
- Perform other tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Diploma or degree holder preferred
- Good English Communication Skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
