**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
- Maintain and update company secretarial records and registers.
- Assist in preparing board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Liaise with clients, SSM officers, and other regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and requirements.
- Support the company secretarial team in any other administrative or ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eager to learn and grow within the corporate secretarial field.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM e-filing system will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
