Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records and registers.
  • Assist in preparing board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.
  • Liaise with clients, SSM officers, and other regulatory authorities when necessary.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and requirements.
  • Support the company secretarial team in any other administrative or ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the corporate secretarial field.
  • Basic knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM e-filing system will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
