**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain commercial and operational enabler level KPIs with Regional Partners.
- Develop E-commerce marketing proposals/framework (Includes marketing/promotional budgeting) with internal stakeholders to support acquisition of customers by Sales Team.
- Responsible for commercial growth by building relationships with Regional Partners.
- Support operational and commercial teams with understanding and knowledge of platform dynamics and tools.
- Drive platform-related initiatives with both partners and internal stakeholders for commercial growth and operational improvements.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential platforms and coordinate the business channel expansion to such platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide a more holistic solution for customers using information and knowledge gleaned from marketplaces.
- Analyse data and information from external and internal stakeholders to propose actionable strategies to support commercial and operational growth.
- Familiarisation and understanding of the Solutions team scope to support if and when necessary.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and ad-hoc requests; exploring opportunities to add commercial value to the company.

**Account Manager Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant degree.
- At least 1 year experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Account Management or any relevant sector.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to influence and connect with stakeholders to provide feasible solutions
- Commercial Acumen.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly analytical and performance-driven.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel).
- Highly driven, proactive and able to work independently.
