**Major responsibilities**:

- Prepare timesheets template and ensure all the staff submit on time
- To prepare Payment Vouchers and Receiving Vouchers for daily payments and receipts transactions, including the payment to purchase daily services
- To key and upload daily accounting transactions into the SAP accounting system
- Reviewing monthly expenses templates for various projects, including the projects in Peninsular Malaysia
- To perform and maintain proper filing both hard copy and e-copy for accounting purposes
- Preparation of letters and dispatch of correspondence and other documents
- Prepare and manage (utilities/office bills) for payment
- To handle logistics for meetings and make travel arrangements and booking of travel
- To coordinate insurance for daily purchase service and fire insurance coverage.
- To assist conducting the inventory and tagging of assets as per the Asset Management process
- To perform any other duties as may be required by your supervisor, Senior Operations Manager and the Director
- To familiarize yourself with the Company’s processes and policies

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the accounting field an added advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a team nationally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A willingness to travel nationally to all office and project sites
- Ability to meet deadlines, organized and calm under pressure, patient and flexible

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
