Account HR Executive Up to Rm5k

**1. Account**
- Maintain full set account including daily official receipt issuance, ensure proper maintenance of sales and purchase record
- Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly profit & loss for management
- Ensure proper maintenance of Fixed Asset
- Liase with auditor, tax agents and co sec when neccesary
- Other account related work as deemed appropriate
**2. Admin**
- Monitor and maintain company admin matter such as insurance, license and contract
**3. HR**
- Ensure proper employee record at all time (Staff info, insurance, attendance and advance record etc)
- Daily update of staff attendance, prepare monthly attendance report for payroll purpose
- Maintain staff KPI record
**Requirements**:
- Education: Accounting Certificate / Degree / Diploma / Autocount system
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Language : Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Age : Below 40 years old
