**What do we need you to do**:

- Manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for business operations.
- Prepare, administer, and review budgeting processes across various departments.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely remuneration of staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
- Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key financial performance indicators.
- Stay updated with technological advances and accounting software for financial management.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements.

**What do we need from you**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
