Account Executive

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Monitor and prepare monthly payment - term loan, rental, hire purchase installment etc
- Check and processing of supplier invoices, payment voucher and monthly statement reconciliations
- Assist on preparation of year - end audit
- Monitor monthly claims and reimbursements.
- Liaise with auditor and company secretary for compliance records.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
9-5 days working (9.00am-6.00 pm)
