DESKRIPSI TUGAS:

- PEGAWAI PENENTUSAHAN MERANGKAP KERANI:
1. Menjalankan tugas-tugas penentusahan / penentusahan semula samada di dalam pejabat atau di luar pejabat, lengkapi borang-borang ujian ,mengeluarkan label keselamatan (MEMASTIKAN SEMUA DILEKAT), pendaftaran alat-alat timbang dan sukat dalam sistem e-data yang telah ditentusahkan dan mengeluarkan sijil (Borang D) dan resit bayaran.

2. Menerima fee kutipan dan merekodkan kedalam buku simpanan selamat dan menguruskan untuk di kreditkan ke dalam Bank.

3. Membantu Pengurus Cawangan dalam memberitahu/memaklumkan pembaik/individu supaya mengemukakan permohonan supaya jadual bulanan dapat di sediakan sebulan sebelum tamat tempoh penentusahan.

4. Membantu Pengurus / Penolong Pengurus dalam memastikan buku daftar pergerakan standard kerja dikemaskini dan pastikan direkodkan setiap keluar/masuk standard kerja yang di bawa keluar atau digunakan oleh pembaik dengan menumpulkan semakan kepada kejituan bilangan standard kerja yang di sediakan untuk kegunaan dari semasa ke semasa supaya tiada berlaku kehilangan atau kerosakkan dan laporkan segala kehilangan/kerosakkan dengan segera.

5. Bertanggungjawab untuk menfailkan semua borang ujian dan menyediakan rekod penentusahan semua alat timbang, alat sukat, timbang atau sukat kepunyaan kerajaan.

6. Menjalankan ujian dan menyediakan laporan pemeriksaan dibawah Kanun Acara Jenayah.

7. Menyemak dan menguruskan hal-hal penyesuaian akaun hasil serta memastikan dan mengesahkan jumlah kutipan hasil di kreditkan ke dalam bank setiap hari disamping menyediakan laporan kepada Pengurus Cawangan.

8. Menguruskan hal-hal pentadbiran am Pejabat cawangan DMSB, bil-bil utiliti, bil sewa pejabat, lesen pihak berkuasa tempatan, rekod cuti, kebersihan, keselamatan dan kecantikan/keselesaan pejabat.

9. Bertanggungjawab menyediakan laporan harian serta laporan mingguan berhubung jumlah kutipan hasil dan jumlah alat-alat timbang dan sukat yang ditentusahkan mengikut jenis kepada Pengurus Cawangan.

10. Menyelaras dan mengemaskinikan daftar semua keperluan alat-alat tulis borang ujian dan kertas (Inventori alat-alat tulis/kertas) dan pastikan cukup untuk kegunaan harian.

11. Tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.

- Keutamaan kepada graduan lulusan Diploma dalam bidang Kejuruteraan (Terbuka);
- Fresh Graduate amat dialu-alukan;
- Calon Mempunyai Lesen Memandu dan Kenderaan Persendirian (Kereta);
- Rajin, berdedikasi dan bertanggungjawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan;
- Bertoleransi dan boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan;
- Boleh bekerja lebih masa dan 'require extensive travel' (Jika Perlu).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
