**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct customer background checks in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, PDPA).
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing information or clarification where necessary.
- Ensure all verification processes are completed within specified timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for verification activities.
- Work closely with compliance, risk management, and operations teams to escalate suspicious cases or discrepancies.
- Prepare verification reports and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance verification processes and reduce operational risks.
- Handle customer inquiries related to verification with professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
