Job Descriptions
- To attend to customers' complaints /feedback and to ensure the complaints are resolved professionally in compliance with company service standard
- Provide customer with accurate and precise product & service information.
- To assist Supervisors as necessary to check all bus trip daily.
- Record and update all the necessary information as per instructed in the system
- To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counters and office.
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
- Have positive thinking, a can-do attitude and a desire to get the best result out of every situation.
- Good technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Other ad-hoc task given by superior

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 2 - 3 years working experience in retail servicing customers/ guests’ service industry.
- Fresh graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written).
- Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office).
- Willing to work shift hours and weekend / public holidays.
- Possesses basic computer and telephone skills.
- Possesses good grooming and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
