Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Level: Supervisory

Department: Operations Department - Salon

Rate: RM /month and RM 12-16/hour

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Overall Job Objectives:The Customer Service Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and leading by example. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Attending and communicating promptly to customer's needs and queries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
  • Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must have proven working experience in customer service.
  • Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
  • Good and precise communication skills.
  • Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
  • Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
  • Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Mandarin and Korean language proficiency will be an advantage.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
  • Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
