Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all mall visitors with friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on mall tenants, facilities, services, promotion and events.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and empathetically. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant appropriate departments for further investigation and follow-up.
  • Manage the loaning of amenities such as wheelchairs and strollers and handle Lost & Found items.
  • Assist with cases involving lost children or senior citizens.
  • Support mall marketing communication activities, including promotional gift redemptions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of mall policies, procedures, and tenant information.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department.
  • Make public announcements and assist during emergency situations, including assisting with evaluations or directing customers to safety as required.

Education Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.

Relevant Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Previous experience or relevant skills will be an added advantage.

  • Self- motivated, friendly and dedicated with a good work attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
