Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur, for a Customer Experience Officer. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include actively engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Prior experience in customer-focused roles is advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications in communication, business, or a related field are a plus
