**Responsibilities**:
1. To provide comprehensive organizational, secretarial and administrative support to the Company Director and completing tasks as directed.

2. To work closely with the Company Director through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefings and materials.

3. To provide support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Company Directors office as and when required.

4. To draft, prepare and review incoming and/or outgoing documents to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

5. To coordinate reports and documentation for internal and external meetings.

6. To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

8. To follow up on action points from meetings and responding to queries on behalf of the Company Director.

9. To undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and/or as directed by the Company Director.

**Job Requirements**

2. Minimum a 2-5 years working experiences for the similar role.

4. Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Able to handle multiple assignments and with good time management.

6. High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality always.

7. Able to perform work independently with self-awareness.

8. Has great attention to details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
