Operations & Logistics Executive

The above role will handle the operational and administrative tasks in all aspect of operational and logistics duties.

**Role profile**:
Supply Chain / Customer Services
- Responsible for update in Auto Count or SAP system
- Prepares and processes invoicing to hospitals and ensure accurate information is obtained from sales personnel.
- Processes purchase of inventory and marketing materials from HQ.
- Ensures documents for products to be returned to BIOTRONIK HQ are completed and delivered (e.g. complaint reports, rework requests).
- Analyzes inventory reports and directs appropriate action to ensure inventories are accounted for per accepted practices.
- Manage monthly minimum order quantity and safety stock levels (benchmark) so that adequate supply is available at the hospital.
- Maintain patient database and prepare patient cards (CRM)
- Update the Weekly sales report/back order report
- Update Monthly Inventory Roll over report/short expiry report/write off report/implant not yet invoice (INYI) report
- Inventory closing and reconciliation
- Handle all administrative tasks that related to Logistics department
- Other duties as directed

Logistics
- Ensure warehousing operations is safe and also efficiency improvements. This includes receiving, shipping, and material handling activities which includes picking/packing and cycle counting.- To monitor warehouse’s temperature
- Oversees inventory control including cycle counting, loss prevention, stock rotation, obsolescence and damage.
- Work closely with sales team for the stock replenishment.
- Processes and routes returned goods from hospitals and sales personnel.
- Liaise with local and international courier service for both import and export related matters.
- Conduct and coordinate Stock Count on a timely and consistent manner
- Accountable for optimizing inventory turns to minimize excess and obsolete inventory through product life cycle management.
- Handle all related custom activities.
- Timely data maintenance of inventory updates or status.
- Other duties as directed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma education in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant work experience in operations/ supply chain
- Experience in consignment business will be added advantage
- Meticulous, responsible, independent and customer oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team oriented
- Strong Computer and database query skills, specifically in MS Excel
