Shipping Officer

**Requirements**:

- Minimum in Logistics or related field from recognized university.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Inbound and Outbound activities and Inventory Management.
- Knowledge in SAP is preferable.
- Able converse well in both Malay and English.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Process all DN through SAP.
- In charge for company lorry and Puspakom booking.
- Prepare inbound and outbound exemption.
- Creating Rush Order for delivery to HQ (VAC Hanau).
- Raise Purchase Requisition when necessary.
- Prepare Malaysia Customs invoice for outbound delivery.
- Prepare Cash Advance and Miscellaneous report.
- Liase with appointed freight forwarder on respective outbound activities.
- Check and submit customs report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pekan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Pekan (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
