'¢ Assisting superior in Leasing exercise. '¢ Maintaining liaison and relationship with prospects, existing and future tenants. '¢ To lodge defect report to developer for all the unit defects. '¢ To follow up with Developer or Contractor for all the defects works in the unit during Defect Liability Period. '¢ Coordinate with real estate negotiator and bring prospect for viewing, hand over as well as surrender. '¢ To arrange with supplier for all the repairing and maintenance work. '¢ To attend the tenant's request and make the necessary arrangement if required. '¢ To attend Agent for the unit inspection and viewing, follow up with agent to get letter offer & update leasing admin to prepare tenancy, inventory list & unit photo Hand over & surrender unit with agent & tenant. '¢ Report/ update daily job task & report to HQ. '¢ Any other duties that assign by the management
