Ensure all facilities, public and common areas are presented to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, delivering great customer service and maximizing the customer satisfactions. To ensure that health and safety policies are adhered to, and accurate housekeeping records are kept to maximize the efficiency of the department.

Ensure awareness of the Group’s Core Values is assimilated:

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintains a professional appearance with a positive attitude and is adaptable and flexible.
- To perform the day-to-day activities as the Public Area Cleaner to clean (vacuuming, sweeping, wiping, mopping, polishing, etc.) the facilities, common area, walkway, carpark, corridor, planter box areas, lifts & escalators, and management offices. Clean up spills, soiled up areas and other conditions as observed and directed.
- To ensure services/designated working areas are always maintained in good, safe, comfortable and in attractive manner.
- Responsible to maintain any of the Company properties or belongings. Report to the superior when necessary.
- To report to the superiors in the event of such crimes, suspicious behavior of an individual and accidents in within the working premises.
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with Housekeeping Public Area Cleaner experiences or none is acceptable.
- Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
