**Job Summary**:
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems, hardware, and software. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network and system security, managing IT assets, and supporting end-users to ensure smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (computers, servers, printers, network devices, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are followed
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support logs
- Assist in implementing new software and systems, including testing and training
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
