**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Lead engaging online classes** (5-7 students) following the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus in a way that goes beyond traditional methods, creating memorable learning experiences.
- **Design and develop personalized learning plans** tailored to each student’s strengths, interests, and needs.
- **Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team** to ensure progress and alignment with educational goals.
- **Take initiative** in creating new educational content, such as lesson videos or student progress updates.
- **Work alongside other passionate teachers** and management to continuously improve student activities, projects, and learning strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passionate about education** and mentoring young minds.
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant field or Education.
- **Minimum 2 years of teaching experience** in a physical or online secondary school environment.
- **High proficiency in English**, both written and spoken.
- **Adaptable** to the fast-paced nature of a startup and eager to take on new challenges.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
