Restaurant Manager

To plan, direct and oversee the operations of the restaurant to ensure operation smoothness.
- To lead the work of all employees under your supervision to ensure that all guests will have a truly delightful dining experience at Oversea restaurant.
- To enforce and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of all employees and other resources within the restaurant to provide quality service in a clean and safe environment.
- Manage the overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the restaurant.
- Enforcing and enhancing all desired cultures, guiding principles and values of the company that are consistent and emphasize our objective to build lifetime customers from generations to generations.
- Comply and enforce all operations processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Make business and operational decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
- Lead, coach, supervise, train and develop employees, including overseeing new employee onboarding, to meet the company’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Review and advise the allocation and maintenance of restaurant assets to ensure sufficiency and proper functioning.
- Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
