RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and produce captivating content for various social media platforms to boost awareness and drive conversions.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
- Respond to queries across social channels, ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation.
- Keep the company website up-to-date with fresh product content, optimizing for SEO and user experience.
- Liaise with media, KOLs, and agencies to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Execute marketing activities aligned with quarterly and monthly goals while maintaining budget control.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, proposing innovative ideas to keep the brand at the forefront.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies to oversee online and physical events.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaigns, media buying, and overall digital presence.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly marketing reports on assigned tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with management, peers, and external partners.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience: 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in social media management and paid digital ads
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record running and optimising Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram and TikTok Ads, plus familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics suites.
- SEO & Web Management: Working knowledge of on-page SEO, CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Data-Driven Mind-set: Comfortable interpreting ad, web-traffic and sales metrics, setting KPIs, and turning insights into action.
- Project & Budget Control: Able to plan multi-channel calendars, juggle deadlines, and manage spend against targets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; confident liaising with senior management, agencies and external partners.

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Saturday - 8.30am - 1.30pm
