**QA/QC Manager abide by regulatory authority compliance for food supplement & pharmaceuticals companies products and is responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs, and supervising staff.**

**Job Description:

- **
- _**GMP & HACCP COMPLIANCE**:_

Ensure that all plant activities are complying with cGMP & HACCP and the implementation for the above requirement.
- _**DOCUMENT CONTROL**:_

All documents in the plant are well managed and controlled. Documents/ records are properly updated, stored and easily retrievable.
- _**PRODUCT QUALITY**:_

Products complaints, deviations, change control, OOS, rework and recalls are managed and resolved within the time stated in the procedures.

Proper investigations are carried out to ensure the root causes are identified and the appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken and timely implemented.

To be responsible for the management of products complaints and products recalls and ensure that thorough and proper investigations are carried out and timely corrective actions are implemented.

To perform any other job duties as required from time to time.

**Job Requirements: -**
- **Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.**:

- Required language(s)**:Mandarin**, English & Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with associates.
- At least **8 Year(s) of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Great attention to detail and a results driven approach, Excellent organizational and leadership abilities & Reliable and Trustworthy

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
