**Marketing Executive**

**Location**: 5 & 7, Jalan Gemilang 5, Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor
**Salary**: RM2,800 - RM3,200

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and execute monthly social media marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads).
- Develop creative marketing strategies that align with brand goals and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Create engaging and innovative content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify insights and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, events, or product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Open-minded, creative, and passionate about marketing.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong command of **English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** is preferred.
- **Fresh graduates** with strong creative potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
