- Responsible for online store management to boost sales, including marketing planning, product management, promotion, sales, after-sales service, and other operations.
- Organize a campaign calendar and align the product launches.
- Liaise with the design team to provide visuals on the website (Product images and banners).
- Managing stock ordering, stock count, stock closing, and stock audit.
- Responsible for the e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management, handling inventory check and inventory report, and shipment real-time.
- Manage returns and exchanges.
- Payment reconciliation for all orders, ensure no pending payment or account outstanding.
- Manage inquiries on multiple platform accounts & incoming calls.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Ad hoc tasks from the Management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
