**About your role**
You will be responsible for facilitating Compliance Activities for various KellyOCG Programs and Customers via the use of e-procurement tools and internal technology, and also managing relationships between the customer and the potential/ approved vendors.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure completion of documentations based on unique requirements for each Program within Scope of GSR
- Advise the client where the norm for a particular country is outside of their insurance guidelines
- Coordinate any ad hoc reporting requests from Supplier Portal
- Provide regular reports/ presentations on Supplier onboarding status during Implementations
- Work with the development team to contribute and share best practices
- Liaise with Operations in relation to incompliant suppliers
- Provide assistance with Supplier Vetting and Survey request
- Other duties instructed from time to time.
**Requirements**:

- Preferably duration of 4-6 months internship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Data entry ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs within the specific area of service
