Overseeing the production department's daily operations. 2.Production activities are planned and scheduled to achieve production targets. 3.Manage and coordinate production employees, including supervision and training. 4.Ensuring that production operations are carried out in an efficient and quality-conscious manner. 5.Monitoring manufacturing progress and taking appropriate action to solve any problems or delays. 6.Ensuring that health and safety rules are followed in the production area. 7.Keeping production records and creating production performance reports. 8.Data analysis to find trends or opportunities for improvement in the manufacturing process. 9.Implementing and maintaining production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 10.Taking part in production planning meetings and contributing to resource allocation and capacity planning. 11.Any other task assigned by Management.
