**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in **Information Management/Business Information System/Information and Communication Technology** or any related field.
- At least **1-2 years** of working experience in administrative support, preferably in an academic or education setting (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in **data entry**, **records management**, and maintaining accurate and confidential student records.
- Basic management and maintenance of **library resources**, cataloguing, and supporting library users.
- Basic understanding of **human resource clerical processes**, including filing, document preparation, and staff record updates.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems.
- Strong **organizational skills**, **attention to detail**, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good **communication** and **interpersonal skills** with a positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
