**Job Description**:

- To assist Building Maintenance Engineer to maintain & update of utilities capacity & tools matrix
- To supervise and coordinate building maintenance, renovation and special projects accordance to company's guideline / procedure and requirement under guidance of BM engineer.
- To maintain & improve quality & reliability during project execution & resolve day to day system issue
- To assist BM engineer in monitoring janitorial servicing within the plant and regularly checking for janitorial consumable items ensure it is sufficient.
- To ensure and monitor building maintenance works been carried out according to schedule
- To supervise outsource service provider in accordance with company policies and procedures
- To assisting BM engineer in managing department budget spending & tracking for building maintenance system
- To ensure relevant documents are kept up-to-date
- To involve in ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 improvement activities (IMS) and work closely with Safety Officer (HSE) in ensuring safety work practice is enhanced in the company
- To assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
- To supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment within the building(s), as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Related Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering Discipline
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Attitude
- 2 years or more working experience in manufacturing environment or related field.
- Able to work together and collaborate with colleagues.
