**Position overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in full training to gain an understanding of the following responsibilities.
- Maintain Position Management in the system based on user requirements.
- Document and support different SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR business processes.
- Testing and support of the HR systems and the related documentation and business process.
- Troubleshooting, solving Digital HR helpdesk tickets.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Setup and maintain changes on HR Intranet with SharePoint.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Good knowledge of the HR processes and HRM system.
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) or proficient (C1) English language skills in written communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask in daily work.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Higher education is preferable.
