**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, scheduling and controlling overall delivery of a variety of scientific projects
- Engage in scientific research and cross checking materials for scientific or patient education before production
- Maintain and track the review process to ensure on-time project completion and identify timeline problems to avoid missing deadline
- Communicate with strong problem-solving skills during the whole project delivery process
- Work closely with vendors / internal teams (editors and creative designers) to plan, develop, execute and implement marketing campaign projects

**Requirements**:

- High qualification in science related discipline
- Diligent in project management and editing with professional skills; Excellent in English
- Creative, responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software programs (PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently or as part of a team
- Cantonese speaking is an added advantage
