**Junior Marketing Executive**

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

As we continue to scale in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and beyond, we’re looking for a driven and creative Junior Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Management

○ Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

○ Support TikTok Ads campaigns by creating engaging, trend-driven content strategies and managing ad sets.

○ Support marketplace campaigns, including Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads to boost performance and visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting

○ Monitor daily ad performance, analyze results, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

○ Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with organic and influencer campaigns.
- Creative & Content Collaboration

○ Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives (images, videos, captions) optimized for each platform.

○ Provide input on messaging and targeting to ensure ads resonate with Ourah Essentials’ customer base.
- Growth & Innovation

○ Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, paid media, and fashion e-commerce.

○ Proactively suggest new strategies to improve CTR, ROAS, and customer acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Meta Ads (must-have).
- Experience in TikTok Ads (must-have).
- Experience in Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience in Shopee Ads is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy and visual alignment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
